I went on a nice trip to Vancouver very recently. Vancouver is a city that I try to visit every few years, as I had a real soft spot for it, and it does good things for me. Visiting Vancouver is always a really beautiful experience for me, there are fantastic yoga studios and the nature throughout the city is splendid. It seems like there’s nowhere you can go where you can either see the sea, the mountains, or both. For me, someone who loves the buzz of the city but can’t stand being distant from nature, Vancouver is second to none.

My First visit to Vancouver was several years ago. At the time, I noticed that there were a lot of good deals on Burnaby condos for sale and I was really considering purchasing one. I didn’t know if I had the Financial Security, but I could just feel that it was the right thing to do. For whatever reason, I decided not to come it seems too risky. This time, I had the Financial Security in my back pocket to make such a deal, so I contacted a highly regarded and respected Vancouver Realtor. When he told me the prices of those very same condos in Burnaby, my jaw hit the floor. And even the ones from another option of Coal Harbour condos.

I guess the Vancouver real estate market has really skyrocketed since my first visit, and had I bought a Burnaby condo the first time I visited way back when, well, I’d be selling it for Millions today. We always regret the things that we didn’t do that we should have, hindsight really is 20/20. I’m not too upset about it, but I was a little disappointed to learn that I could no longer afford a condom in there. Something happened in Vancouver over the last few years the real estate prices totally unreasonable, it seems.

There’s a lot of foreign investment in the city now, I guess it started with the Olympics and now it just keeps on growing and growing. Anyway, I still loved my time there. There’s so many good restaurants and shops. And the people there have a Perfect Blend West Coast chill and urban attitude. There’s not many more places I’d rather go, and I can’t wait to go back again.

Have You ever been to Vancouver? What’s your favorite part of the city and why?
